As a consultant, facilitator and coach, I have worked with a wide range of corporate clients in both the private and public sectors. Public sector work includes Local Authorities, the NHS, the police and HMP Prison Service.  My work has been from both a strategic and operational perspective with considerable experience on team building, leadership development and communication skills. I am able to help organisations to both build their vision and to achieve it.

I have been a coach and/or therapist to individual clients from a wide range of backgrounds.  I can assist individuals and teams communicate effectively and to either avoid, or resolve, conflict in their interactions.

I am a registered practitioner with the British Psychological Society and am accredited and licensed to deliver a wide range of different psychometric instruments that help individuals understand their preferences and skills as well as identifying ways of refining their skills and learning new ones.

I have worked in the Voluntary Sector in the Criminal Justice System, for Local Authorities in the Community and Education departments as well as the Financial Services Sector. I have owned and managed successful businesses for the past twenty years.
