Mediation

The psychotherapeutic approach to mediation is a straightforward, practical and attractive approach to conflict resolution.  It is equally applicable to commercial disputes as to more personal disputes, and it pays attention to the behaviour and psychological attitudes people adopt in conflict situations.

We believe this approach proves to be invaluable in all areas of our lives, whether dealing with clients, opponents, witnesses, colleagues or staff, or in executive coaching, or even at home with our family and friends – indeed in any situation where both skills in conflict avoidance and conflict resolution are required.

Amalgamating the tools and techniques from Transactional Analysis, with psychotherapeutic skilled mediation we can work effectively with teams and individuals to resolve disputes in a supportive way.

We offer bespoke training, development and team coaching using the skills and knowledge gained from training and experience in dispute resolution.
