I am a highly skilled facilitator, relationship specialist and organisational Consultant.

A former executive director of one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country. Since leaving the NHS I have been highly successful in developing my own consultancy using my experience to deliver significant reviews of services in public sector organisations as well as facilitating teams and organisations.

Some of my work to date has been:

• National evaluation of end of life care communications skills training for the National end of Life Care Program Board to deliver the National End of Life Care Strategy;
• A strategic review of the community and in patient mental health services and neurological conditions services for NHS Calderdale and Council;
• Coaching senior public health clinicians and managers for NHS Kirklees and Council;
• Team development- facilitation and change. Design and delivery of development programs for NHS Acute, Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts and General Practice across UK, Wales and Northern Ireland;
• Designing and delivering learning modules on ‘relationship management” and “organisational development” to London PCT’S, working with Office of Public Management;
• Facilitating a learning and change and accredited management development programme for senior officers of the Royal Defense Medical Core for the Institute of Health Care Management;
• Leading Action learning sets, coaching and leadership development with NHS Wakefield.
